The cast iron foundry is specialized in the production of castings made of polystyrene patterns (lost foam). The company has step by step optimized this technology and is now able to fulfil the increasing requirements of its international customers.

To production process is supported by the software MAGMASOFT, that thanks to the simulation of the filling and the solidification phase of the metal, suggests the best solutions aimed to guarantee the quality standards required.

Moreover, for the production of ductile iron, alloyed and unalloyed, sophisticated new equipments permit the continuous inspection and monitoring of the production process, while ensuring compliance with environmental and ecological rules.

No. 2 electric furnaces, production of Cast iron castings (grey and spheroidal, alloyed and unalloyed) made of lost-foam polystyrene patterns, with a maximum weight of 25 Tons per piece.
